Peach Jam

Nothing says "summer" than a large pitcher of white sangria. Here is a recipe that uses up the lush, wonderful peaches that are so plentiful at the market right now:

1 bottle of chilled white wine. I used a $6.99 sale bottle of Bearboat Sauvignon Blanc 2008.
1/2 liter of lemon-lime soda - frozen into one large cube
1/2-1/3 peach schnapps
1 fresh, firm peach, sliced
1 orange sliced

To compliment this beverage, I'd recommend a well-balanced beat that doesn't overpower the conversation. I'm looking for music that reflects the hospitality of those from the Peach State of Georgia--with notes of politeness and reflections of the old and the new.

Any recommendations?
